  1. What are your opening hours?

    We have the longest opening hours of any other garage. We are open from 8AM-6PM Monday to Friday and 8AM-2PM on Saturday's.

  2. My car has broken down, can you help?

    Yes we certainly can help. If you do not have breakdown cover then you can give us a call and we drive a courtesy car to you and take care of the recovery of your vehicle. We will the contact you to give you a quotation for the work.

  3. My car is making a funny noise, what should I do?

    It is important that any unusual noises from your vehicle are investigated immediately as they can often lead to further issues if not dealt with. We can advise you of the problem free of charge and give you a no obligation quotation before any work is undertaken.

  4. Do you have a courtesy car?

    Yes we offer our customers a courtesy car when needed at no additional charge. All we ask is that you replace the fuel you use.

  5. Can you collect my car?

    Yes absolutely, we offer a free collection service within a three mile radius. Every mile thereafter is charged at a low cost of £1 per mile. Simply give us a call to book your car in and let us know you would like it collected!

  6. How long will my MOT take and can I wait while the work is being done?

    On average an MOT takes 45 minutes and we have a waiting room and viewing area for customers who want to wait while the work is being done.

  7. Do I need to book my MOT?

    We do try to complete an MOT for customers who just pop in but we would always recommend contacting us to make sure that we have an available MOT slot.
